Card required for online booking

A valid card is required to reserve an appointment online. Stripe handles card details securely, and Steve's Barber Shop does not store raw card numbers.

4-hour cancellation window

Please cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled inside the 4-hour window may be charged the full service amount to the card on file.

No-shows

If a customer does not arrive for the appointment and does not cancel ahead of time, the appointment may be charged in full to the card on file.

Late arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show. This protects the next customer's appointment time and helps the shop stay on schedule.

Weather and personal scheduling conflicts

The 4-hour cancellation window still applies during weather, illness, travel issues, and schedule conflicts. Please make the cancellation decision early whenever possible.

Walk-ins

Walk-in service is by chance. Appointments are preferred because Steve is the only barber on the schedule.

Shop location and hours

Steve's Barber Shop serves 561 Old Homestead Hwy
Swanzey, NH 03446. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday closed.
